Minutes Suites at B15 is worth every bit of $32 for an hour of cleanliness, phone charging, relaxing, and getting work done with your shoes off.
Don't get lost; This place is huge! All the gates are interconnected by train and there are lots of food options.
Free wifi, well identified spaces, helpful employees, really a great option for layovers

There are some many options for food and entertainment that it almost don't feel like an airport.- If you're traveling with a pet, make sure to check out the 1000 sq. ft. dog park located outside the west end of the North terminal baggage claim & ground transportation area.

Visit the Boars Head Cafe in terminal A. Great sandwiches and other items.
Robyn TabaJune 19, 2011Terminal A is like being in a shopping mall. It reminds me of Frankfurt airport... So many types I'd shops restaurants and kiosks. Ben and Jerry's is right across gate A26. Yummy!
Considered by experts to be the world's busiest airport, so be sure to get here early to check-in and get through security!

Electronic trash cans that compress the contents (terminal a ). I'm thinking a good thing or completely unnecessary? What do you think?
Park upper deck South terminal. Open to elements but no one ever parks there. Super easy to find a spot!

Huge airport with lots of concourses, however, it is very efficient in my opinion!
If you get to the bottom of the escalator and the next train is more than 20 seconds away, and you only have to go to the next terminal over, just walk on the people movers. Otherwise, use the train.
If you have a chance, take a stroll from concourse A to T. An amazing display of art
Signage I airport hard to read from a distance. Not enough flight monitor available listing flight departure information. T terminal have limited food options. Not a very well organized airport.

Get there early and pack a lunch. Also weed is decriminalized in this county so that helps.
Delta Sky Club in Concourse B or Concourse F are the nicest of the Sky Clubs.
If you come in at D or E and need a cab and dont have to pick up a bag, go to F. The signs won't tell you this is an option and it will save you several minutes of riding that miserable train.

Pay attention during landing. It's the coolest thing to have two other planes on a parallel descent.

Try walking between the terminals rather than taking the air train. Helps walk off all the Biscoff biscuits.

On concourse B, Seattle's Best Coffee in the middle is better than the place at the end of B
Jordan GrosecloseNovember 11, 2014Luckily I only layover in Atlanta and never have to deal with security, which is notoriously bad. The Atlanta airport has anything and everything you need during a layover.
Cafe Intermezzo is a great stop for food and drink. Great cafe/bookshop setting.
Every terminal has great restaurants, and concessions, get to your departure gate then look around.

A trick in this aport when u have delays or long layovers is to seek the "directory" and look for additional places to eat and shop (in the other terminals)! :)
I'm at Phillips Seafood Restaurant. The crab bisque soup is delicious. Just needs more crab in it.
Priority checking for Delta ends at 7 PM so if you have a flight that's later you'll be standing in line with everyone else.
You never have to walk further than the length of one concourse to get to your next gate.
Bring your personal hot spot because Atlanta charges for wi-FI.... Really Atlanta... Most people are staying for an hour connecting!!

The PF Changs in terminal A has an amazing staff. Great food and the service is outstanding.
If you are in D concourse and have an hours layover, DON'T go to the coffee bean for a drink or you will miss your flight. Holy Christ!!!
Huge ass airport. Give yourself enough time to make it to your connecting gate. Smoking lounges are around the airport if you smoke cigarettes.
Brioche Doree on concourse A. Best pastries and sandwiches. Grab a turkey and Brie for your flight.
