Non-existent customer service. If you book online & need to change something @ the airport counter, agent REFUSES to help. Says you have to call the online number. FUCKING NEVER USING THEM AGAIN
If you are hungry and have some time go to the concourse B and have a Charley's grilled sub!!! The NASA pictures is a must see !

Caribou Coffee Delta terminal by A2. It's no venti iced coffee but the dark chocolate campfire mocha is delicious.
Very efficient airport, but it is such a process to get a rental car. Gate to air train to rental train to rental facility.
Walk through the concourse A and B connector. It is worth it.
A great history of Atlanta if you decide to walk instead of the tram. You may miss your flight if you like history.
ATL is the Black Hole of Death! This is where flights go to die. At least there’s plenty of good food options!
Get dropped off/picked up on the lower level of South Terminal to avoid traffic. Go to Concourse E for the best food and Sky Club in the airport.

If you have time, walk the concourses and enjoy the circulating art and history exhibitions.

This is the busiest airport in the world! So make sure to get there early to check in. South security is the fastest!
Home sweet home. I love Hartsfield-Jackson. It's well-organized and the security lines are always up and moving passengers as quickly as possible.
Looking for baristas who will be confused by a basic order? Try The Coffee Bean in the T Gates! They'll get it wrong three or four times in a row.
Airtran blows. Also, if you have to go all the way to the left at the security gates, you're getting the body scan. Opt out and you get the handjob.

Arrive early. The airport is huge and there are tons of people to wade through.
If you have a 8 min layover be sure to try the chicken. Worth it waiting in line for 7 min. Ask for extra gravy.
