This famous 843-acre Manhattan public park is open all year round for visitors. Most notable spots are the “Imagine” mosaic at Strawberry Fields, the Central Park Zoo, and the Friedsman Carousel.
One of our favorite NY things to do is have cocktails after work on the roof of the Metropolitan, and take in the best views of Central Park. Open through late fall. Closed on Mondays.

Great service but the place is way too packed. You're always in someone's way, and servers nearly collide often. Avoid side seating (too awkward a view). Get espresso hanger steak and some wine!

Sunday Brunch here was great. Got the spaghetti with clam in white sauce as well as the garganelli bolognese.
The pasta here is to die for. We started with the foie gras (OMG), then we split the cavatelli & tortelloni, bombolini & choc dome dessert. It was probably the best meal I've had in all of America.

I love this hotel! I stay for work and it converted me to a Kimpton fan. Rooms are huge by NY standards, very modern, quiet and trendy. The staff is what makes this place different. They are awesome!
