A slice of grandma's Sicilian and a little bottle of cheap Pinot Noir taken on the patio on a warm night provides the best 8 dollars of peoplewatching you will get anywhere in the city

We have a hard time venturing down to the West Village without a pit stop here. The Nonna Maria and Grandma slices are out of this world, PLUS they offer gluten-free pies.

Nona Maria=Great margarita type slice. Supremely crispy bottom with soft upper crust. Beautiful textural contrast. A bit under seasoned, but easily fixable. Back to back, I preferred it to John’s.

I've eaten a lot of slices around NYC and I'm always surprised by the diversity of what I get. This this is a non-judgmental description: crispy crust, greasy, good toppings. Not my #1 choice though

The trick with pizza is to make a right dough. They make a really tasty pizza dough, crispy and thin as in Italy. Recommend it!

They use a lot of corn meal in their crust, which sets it apart with other crusts in the city. Just a different sort of texture but still crunchy good.

They aren't lying. This is good ass pizza.. I wish I could stay and try it all. I got a plain slice and a Goose Island IPA. The crust is perfection.

Prototypical NY pizza. Thin crispy crust, fresh ingredients, and a great atmosphere. Pick up a slice here and eat it at the nearby Washington Square Park.

The thin-crusted Nonna Maria pie, made with mouthwatering mozzerella, was first created ages ago in Tuscany, then passed down through the generations and across the Atlantic. It's divine.

Good (but a bit dry) pizza. Forgot about my slice in the oven. Had to ask for it. Very greasy/sticky/wobbly place/tables.
