Bob AranzulloJune 8, 2013Confusing layout with the gates. A gates are in terminal A. Take the shuttle from gate C71 to terminal A, which is a bus that holds about 30 people.
Green expidited card does not mean precheck you still need to take laptops out or be violated.
United's premier access line is not necessarily faster than the regular check-in line

When coming from overseas allow time to go through not only passport and customs but also to go therough security again for your domestic flight

The air train is very efficient it takes just under one hour to get you between concourses.
New precheck security line finally open in terminal c!

Park at EZ Way parking at the Crowne Plaza instead. It's $9 a day and a free 5 minute shuttle to the airport.- If you're flying Taca, head for the Avianca counters in terminal B.

Linda EubanksAugust 7, 2012Apparently this place has really poorly marked ground shuttles between terminals. Don't take the airtrain... It will lead you to go back through security and you'll likely miss your flight!
Leaving out of Terminal C? Check out either the Sam Adams lounge or the Heineken lounge for a quick, cold brew. Holla.

Johnny SteckiJanuary 1, 2017Nothing is good at this airport. EWR feels like an airport from a third world country. The tram doesn't have enough space for passenger volume. This place makes LGA seem like a decent airport.
