- LenNovember 10, 2012It's about a $16 -$20 cab ride to Center strip. Someone offers you "free" tickets to a show in your hotel don't trust them it's a way to rope you into buying a time share!
- Nothing like flying in to Vegas on a Friday. Everyone is a player, everyone is a high roller. Monday morning flights there are no more players and the high rollers are gone. Be smart and be careful.

- Beautiful airport. The staff is courteous. Plenty of outlets to stay charged up as well (absolutely necessary for a social media junkie)

- The $8.50 shuttle to hotel seems like a good deal until you realize they wait before they’re filled, it’s per person, and Uber is in the $11 range.
- Lets talk about Terminal C. Whoever decided 70% of the available walking space should be filled with slot machines deserves a punch in the face.
- If you're an American Express cardholder, go to the Centurion club and pay $ to get unlimited buffet, comfortable chairs, and WiFi.
- Facilities are great and layout makes navigation easy. But an airport full of tourists that often don't fly much brings it's own frustrations in security lines and at gates.
- Fast security, renovated terminals and gambling. The easiest place to get in and get out.

- V FNovember 17, 2014Baggage check upon entry with Southwest is easy with your mobile boarding pass. I dined at Villa Pizza after a recommendation but for a stromboli and mac n cheese both decent at best, too overpriced.

- If you have a mobile boarding pass and no luggage to check, go through Terminal 3 EVEN IF you’re American or Delta. The security lines are shorter and the train is faster to D gates.

- K. WareAugust 31, 2010Eat @ Villa Pizza. The #2 is a deep-dish piece of pizza, any side (baked ziti is delish), and a medium drink for less than $10. A double cheeseburger meal @ wendys costs more but is not near as tasty
- For the savvy traveler that wants to drop off a carry-on and hit the strip before the red-eye beware. There is only 1 working locker area and it is always full.

- Asha ServiaNovember 17, 2010Sure you might fall into Vegas' hedonistic cycle of false hopes and unrealistic dreams that grow exponentially as you drop your valuable cash. But hey, at least you'll have Free Wi-Fi at the airport.
- Terminal 3 is so nice! If you have the opportunity to fly to or from it, I suggest giving it a try.

- Dylan ReederAugust 6, 2014Get here 2 hours early, you'll need both of them. Wifi is fast. Slots are fun. Airplanes live here.
- Pretty fast TSA line for the volume. If you're lucky and by yourself you might get into the Pre-check line!
- When taking a cab, make sure they for run up your fare by taking you on the highway! Tell them to stick to the local route to keep the price reasonable!
- Rental car return is a long way from the airport and of course there is a line to get on the bus for the terminal. Give yourself some extra time

- Heading to the strip? Make sure your cabbie takes the surface roads and not the freeway ( the long haul double fare route ).
- Perhaps the least competent TSA staff (pretty consistently). Anyway, don't plan for efficiency or PRE staffing and you'll be fine.
- D Tram is the only one that's working. If you're leaving on early flights make sure you're they're early.
- Won SohAugust 31, 2014$15-20 for cab. Cab lines fly by quick. Upon arrival gamble no where else but Treasure Islands. Recommended stay at Encore.

- If you ar looking for something besides regular slots and video poker on a layover, there is now video roulette in terminal B.

- [FOOD] Business Travelers looking for coconut water and healthy snacks, there is a Whole Foods just outside McCarran Airport at 6689 Las Vegas Blvd. Stay Fit!
- Airports need to realize that today's travelers need places to sit near electrical plugs. It's absurd that people have to sit on the floor in the walkways so they can charge their phones and laptops.
