Joe OrcuttFebruary 25, 2019Be sure to factor in extra time for taking the tram if you’re going to D or E gates.
After 9pm, if you need to go to a faraway hotel, take TAXI instead of TOWN CAR with a driver, ignoring the advice at the Info Desk. Those drivers will charge you for at least 1,5 hrs. Taxi is cheaper!
If the check in line is long, use the sky caps for a nominal tip charge. It will save you a lot of time and stress.
Terminal three is the best! Less crowded and easy to go in and out!
Sometimes security takes a while. Get there early if you can.

When boarding the terminal c or d tram, get in the very last car at the end of the waiting area closest to the window. When you exit you will be the first one off and avoid the crowd.
People watch were your walking and don't just stop right in the middle of the walkway I will run you over with a wheelchair. Everyday I almost some body over

Order Starbucks in the app and go right to the pickup. No line.
Power outlets are few and far between. Bring a power strip and prepare to huddle with your new friends in the corridor.

When flying jetblue, go to the track lounge. It's one of the places u can still smoke in. Great drinks and u can watch sports.

If you don’t like to gamble. Just keep walking once you get off the plane and until you get to the plane.
Make sure to play some slots while waiting for your flight! Very clean airport!

The private Bathrooms if you get lucky and no one is in it.

Find the ride share areas or pay for overpriced taxis.
TSA is friendlier here than most airports I've traveled, be nice to them.
Bill B.May 17, 2013To the lady who wants to sit down on a TSA stool and eat breakfast with a child in a stroller right by the x-ray machine: that will never work. And don't argue with TSA about it. Moron.
Uber and Lyft signage isn't great. For Terminal 1, walk to doors 1-2 in Baggage Claim area, go up 1 level and across Skywalk to pickup area.
I can't think of a better place for a layover. Plenty of slots to keep you busy as you wait for your next flight.

RaeMarch 24, 2017Be careful when throwing away your trash by security. There are containers beside the trash cans to donate travel items to the military. If you are not careful you might throw your garbage in them!
