$20 in $175 out and and you can smoke while doing it ... D gates ROCK! Just don't expect to hit a progressive!!!

Hotel shuttle courtesy buses on the opposite side of the terminal lower level. Don’t go where rental shuttle buses are. It’s the other end of that area
Dress light and wear little metal. If you don't need a carry on, don't bring it. Universal air travel tips, but makes getting through LAS much easier. You quick access to baggage, take the tram.
We locals love it when the plane lands and all of you cheer with excitement. It means our city economy is about to get a boost!

When you land it's customary to shout out "VEGAS BABY! WE ARE IN VEGAS!!! WOO HOO!" The locals returning from vacation love it.
If you have a long layover, I suggest not staying in C Terminal. The terminal actually vibrates which can cause headaches if you plan on reading or working on a laptop.
The Manager at Corocans by Gate C1 watches you on her remote video camera and makes you buy a drink every 45 minutes or she has the bartender kick you out even if it is empty. Very Creepy

Relatively small airport. You can show up 30 mins before your flight and you will not have to wait at all.

Find out where the gate is before parking. It will save you some walking.
