3:30 AM can start bag check in process & 4:00 AM when TSA opens
Access to A gates on both sides of the terminal! Don't go to the wrong security line! If you do, there is a walkway to the other side past security though!

Gigantic airport and you will always land on the other side from your connection
Watch out for the carts - more than any other airport in the US. I go to sleep hearing "excuse the cart please" after connecting here.

I'll tell you what isn't good here. Customs and immigration. Do yourself a favor and get Global Entry. Don't wait hours waiting in line. Only airport in in the world that doesn't have Crew line.

When there is just one YES agent at Terminal E, he alternates between the Elite queue and the non Elite queue, so there is not necessarily any advantage to getting into the Elite queue.
Off to Tacoma, WA to see Dana Bilderback Brewer, my God Kids, Greer, Zane and Beck, and Tim Brewer. Wahoo!
Terminal B does not much going for it. Plan on eating and shopping before you arrive
Pappasitos in terminal e is a hidden gem. Best food in the whole building.
There's a Whataburger in terminal B if you're hungry and have time to kill.

Camden Foods in Terminal C has a great ultimate grilled cheese sandwich.
If you have a long layover, hit up the Pappadeaux in Terminal E (gate E4). Go for the fried gator app or sweet potato pecan pie.
Concourse C has the best options for meals and lots of shopping.
California, I am on my way to you once again... along with a plane full of many screaming, crying babies.
Hands down (or hands off!) the most disgusting bathrooms, design and ongoing maintenance, in the country! I suppose it reflects its namesake? Used to be a cool, clean airport in times gone by.
Designer stores, designer "street" food. Check-ins complaining about not being in 1st class. It's like the airport expects only wealthy people.

For quick access to the city, take the train from the airport. HAHA - just kidding!! Welcome to Houston.
