Tsa Pre Check in closes at 8pm on Sunday night. No signage to alert you to that fact.
Delta and Alaskan airline hubs. Special check in line for Microsoft employees at delta counter.
Have stroller or luggage cart? Or wheelchair? You need to take three elevators to get to ground transport.
Best airport to fly out of! Quick and friendly security!

If u take light trail, don't forget to pay first before get into the train. :)
If you are renting a car leave an extra 20-30 minutes into your schedule, it is offsite and a pain.
Your fellow travelers may be excited, stressed, depressed or simply losing their mind. Be kind as you don't know what they are feeling.
Don't worry if you're running low on energy! There's a Starbucks every 5 gates.

You can find Downtown Airporter and Shuttle Express on the 3rd floor parking garage. Cross Skybridge 3 or 4 and down one floor!
Not the most exciting airport but functional. Plenty of Starbucks available. Sign up to CLEAR if you wish to proceed through customs quickly.
The plan for screening passengers is amazingly cumbersome and inefficient. Give yourself plenty of time outbound.
TSA Checkpoint 1 is for Pre-Check and has Clear, so it’s the fastest usually
A perfect time to update all your Angry Birds games on your phone and tablet before your flight.
Chad KneubuhlNovember 26, 2011If you ever fly Alaskan air go through this airport... very nice. If you have a long lay over stay in the board room or the sea hawks bar and grill.
Get dropped off at Arrivals and picked up at Departures.... Randomly neither are busy if you do the opposite
Flight delay? Get a manicure or pedicure at Butter in C concourse; they are very speedy!

Nice airport, but TSA Pre Check must be expanded, only one security line.

Go to Discover Puget and buy a $20 bottle of Washington wine w/ a screw top and save on your flight.
if you are here everyweek like I am, you can rent a parking space on Tue 4th floor for less than the aggregate of your parking by day. Easy in and out.
Felita ShenAugust 22, 2012Hire a town car for $40 flat rate. Way more comfy than a taxi. Taxis are $35 to downtown then they add some fees, so it's practically the same price.
United's mobile phone boarding pass may just make up for all the annoying upgrade attempts. Quick and easy for bag checks and security!

When you come out of customs walk right past the baggage people and onto the train. Saves a lot of time.
