Has rapidly become a New York convention. Huge posh food hall with spots to eat within, specialising in meats, pizza, pasta, fish... even an espresso and ice cream bar. Go at night to avoid crowds.
Super popular & hipster coffeehouse part of the Ace Hotel (also worth a peek inside the dark lobby where only the coolest freelancers hang out with their Macs). The coffee is pretty amazing!
A science lab with an atmosphere! Ultra cool & fun place to go for a drink with a difference. The cocktails are $15 each but worth it for the best G&T ever & some crazy unique cocktails. Book ahead.

They've just extended it northwards so worth another visit if you've been. Take time to learn about the history, it's amazing what they've created from a disused rail track. Each section is unique.

Bustling indoor market within a historical building. Recommend the Creperie and Doughnuttery plus cool shops. Drop in while you're in Meatpacking or after walking the High Line.
There are a few Joes in the city. Kinda hipster and super passionate about their coffee, plus they do almond milk.
Hard to know where's good in Little Italy. Take it from us this place is well priced and the food quality is great. Try the buffalo lasagne and of course, a pizza.
Go into the Village Yokocho restaurant, at the top of the stairs on the left hand side there is an unmarked door that leads to the bar!

Chilled out bar and restaurant. Enjoy the fantastic happy hour a the bar where prosecco is only $5 a glass! Enclosed courtyard so sort of feel like outside and inside at the same time.

Such a lovely place for brunch or dinner. There's an organic deli shop attached so hard not to leave with something. Food is excellent, try to reserve for busy times though they do take walk-ins.

What can only be called a megagastropub. 6,000 square foot space with 40 flat-screen TVs, dressed-up bar menu and a gigantic antique pinewood bar.
