Danny Meyer does a solid job at extremely thin crust pizza in a cavernous Flatiron hotel lobby space. The carbonara pizza is good for dinner, and perfect for brunch. Affordable.
“The flavors at Marta are so assertive that one slice of each pizza is often enough. Fortunately, there are standout dishes across the menu.” Read more
The restaurant has a fancy wood-fired grill to go with the wood-fired pizza oven. Try the grilled ice cream sandwich, filled with smoked mascarpone gelato. Read more
Decent pizza in the city, came here for lunch and the food was pretty good. Lots of space and great for groups. Friendly staff too! The pizza was with super thin crust, very flavorful and tasty.
Another hit by Danny Meyer—perfect ambience, high ceilings, great food, gracious staff. The Inverno & Bufala pizzas are delicious! & if you really want to treat yourself, the apple crostata is a must!
Make a reservation at the latest addition to the USHG empire, and make sure to order an excellent pie or two (like the Patate Alla Carbonara). The fatty Short Rib Entrée is best when shared as well.
Can't believe it took me so long to get here! I had the Cavolini pizza and it was amazing, need to try them all. The lamb chops & tiramisu were great too. Need to get back here really soon!
The crust at Marta is thicker than a communion wafer, but the magic is that it don't crunch like a cracker it sports a soft, toothsome chew. For a carb fest, do the eggy, potato-laden carbonara pie. Read more
Most incredible service - Danny Meyer does not disappoint. Pizza is thin crust and delicious - loved the funghi and their special pizzas are always on point. The octopus and meatballs are also a must.
The ambience is great there! It gives u a very comforting and relaxing feeling. Especially love the open kitchen! The thin crust pizza is amazing! I had the testa and it tastes great!:) will come back
Delicious pizzas and not to be missed entrees as well. The sausage pizza is what you want for a meal (meat, carbs, dairy) but the Arctic char is a stunner too ft a dill yogurt sauce 👌🏻
Everything about this place is great. The pizzas are so good and you cant leave without ordering one. The service? 100/10. It was so good and we were actually disappointed we couldn’t tip our waiter.
Perfect thin crisp crust on pizza. Margherita (was fine, nothing special), Capricciosa (excellent!), Salsicca (My fav), Carbonara (a must try!). The rabbit meatballs were moist and tasty. I'll be back
Came here for opening note and Danny Meyer was right next to is :) we ordered at least half the menu all good! Fave: thin crust margherita pizza, rabbit meatball, article char and lam!
A thin, tasty pizza crust. Get one for each person or supplement with sides. The red pizzas are saucy and the white Carbonara pizza is a must have. The beets and ricotta is my veggie dish of choice.
The immense open-fire grill and wood-burning ovens churn out inventive takes on traditional pizzas, like carbonara and trippa alla Romana (tripe, chili flakes, pecorino, mint). Read more
We couldn't be more excited about this latest addition to the Danny Meyer empire...and it certainly doesn't disappoint! So many favorite dishes here - get the rabbit meatballs and carbonara pizza.
Delicious pizza and calzones, spectacular drinks and ambience, spacious and overall great service. Make sure you don't come without reservations, they're popular and get very busy
Some really fantastic pizzas. Enjoyed the Patate Alla Carbonara and the Coppa Cotta. In a cool space with really great service as well. Sitting at the "Pizza Bar" also seems like a win.
Thin style pizza, kind of italian way but some excess of parmesan cheese on top. Nice place for sharing plates with friends or family. Inside the Redbury Hotel
Excellent all around. Service and food could not have been better. All pizzas we tried were fabulous, both very thin and not too heavy. Reasonably priced, beautiful space and super friendly staff!
This neighborhood is not that cheap and the pricing here is really remarkable compared with neaby established hotel bar in ace and nomad. I recommend this spot with great value and refreshing vibe :)
perfectly executed flavors 👌 for balance of red and white, try the salsiccia and the palate alla carbonara. and rabbit meatballs, of course. (also, the staff here is amazing)
Very large, open space -- plenty of seating (not surprising given it's part of a hotel). Great wine selection; our pizza was great and the Pancetta app was perfect! Non-tipping.
New York is a place full of pizza, whether one dollar one, oven baked or artisan ones in little Italy. This is exceptional and I think they should be on michelin bob gourmands next year.
The pizza and negronis are excellent and the service is good despite it being a hospitality included restaurant. But the prices are inflated and it's more expensive than a tipping restaurant.
Ate so much here! Start w/ rabbit meatballs & crocchettes. For pizza-carbonara & amatriciana were delish; surprising win for the night was tripe & mint- super tender. Must end with coconut ice cream.
Definitely get the meatballs and the stracciatella pizza, which is extremely cheesy and thin-crust. Note that the pizza gets cold quickly! The place is bustling and service is great.
Personally I like almost all of the red pies more than the white pies although they are all good / it really comes down to personal preference. Can never go wrong with the basic margherita
great wine list with a friendly sommelier. my favorite dish was the grilled sweetbreads and duck heart appetizer. still dreaming of it. believe me...try it.
I haven't felt this strongly, delighted, or satisfied by pizza since a lunch at Otto in 2008. One of my all-time favorite meals in New York. AN ABSOLUTE MUST.
Meatballs great for starters... Pizza is great too... But if you're very picky about İtalian pizza, go to italy you may be disappointed. However, great service, and great cliente will make it up :)
Macellaio was my favorite, the crispy pork skin topping was surprising and delicious. Funghi was good. Skip the chicken meatballs, they’re almost as expensive as the pizza and not worth it
Rabbit meatballs and fungi pizza are on point, honey pistachio bruschetta was a delicious surprise. Buffalo mozzarella pizza: eh. Lunch service is haphazard - be prepared to work for it.
Some of the best pizza I have ever had - carbonara and another I cannot remember name but it has red sauce, basil and generous helping of burrata on top. Absolutely delicious!
Amazing pizza and great service. Tips already included in check... btw, Foursquare could add this tipping/non-tipping as a field in the database, so users can filter on that.
