They recently changed the thickness of their noodles to a thinner style which mutes up and falls apart after a few minutes of being served. Eat fast or go to kuboya on 5th or mitsuwa in jersey.
Ridiculously good pork bellybuns that melt in your mouth. Ramen was good but not amazing. I've had similar if not better in California. Buns however may be worth the wait.
Seemingly bought in noodles rather than freshly made, broth doesn't have much depth of flavour and ill-advised spring onion wipes out what little taste there is. Pork tastes like it's from a packet.
They call you to be here in 5min because your table is ready then make you wait a half hour... Other than that the noodles and pork buns are good but Momofukus pork buns are better.
Strict as anything on their "if you're not all here now you can't sit" policy. + If you add a person after you've been seated they might not be allowed to order. PORK BUNS.
