Make sure you come at least half an hour during peak hours. Come right when they open at 11 or between 2 - 4
ConBonDecember 27, 2011pork buns = yum. waiting 1hr+ = overrated ramen. non-asian waiters speak japanese = kinda hot.
Dont ever ask them to give you one chicken and one pork bun for the Hirata appetizer option. They will tell you it's impossible, you'll ask why, and they'll say "because that's the way it is"
