Free wifi for 24 hours. Inefficient security. Passport control often slow with few desks open. Sandwiches 50c more in T2 than T1. Food is expensive, uninspiring. Plentiful phone charging stations.

No need to have cell number any more to get wifi internet free
Use the stairs to get from A gates to Z gates. Security lines are short!
Really annoying to have to use buses to board all the time and having to go up/down/up to change terminals
Tom HalleranApril 8, 2015Despite the same itinerary 8x, I could never tell which terminal I'd enter or leave from. This is an issue as some have lots of food and shopping, some have nothing. The empty terminals are terrible.
Iwan EisingJune 2, 2012Don't go to Goethe Bar unless you want to have some Bratwurst kinda food. There're a few other smaller cafe's around here that are better I found out after having dinner at Goethe Bar

The security used to be really fast, but lately it has become so, so slow. Get there early.- Be ready to spend half of your life trying to get from one terminal to another. Either you take the bus or the monorail, it's slow like hell and there's nothing you can do.
- The new Z terminal is really nice but the security lines are ridiculously long and slow. The free market needs to disrupt that process.
Michael HoldsworthDecember 31, 2017Not a lot going on, not the most organised airport I've ever been to either. Food options are limited.
Worse airport I've been too. Very inefficient and poor time management. Landed from one end of the airport and took another 50 min to get to my departing terminal.
Ugly airport. Bad service and organization. Wow so much for germans and efficiency and this is the crapoy result for one of the biggest german airports. Tome stopped in 80's here.
