- YanMarch 20, 2016Good ramen, but don't know if it'd worth a long wait. Also, feel like being rushed out...
- Try the Mega Ramen - For meat lovers. Add some spicy bamboo shoots and we're rockin!
- Expect to get in here 2-3 hours after you put your name down. Totto is the new Soup Nazi.
- Go alone and get in wayy faster. Also, the music rocks. It ranges from blue to doo-woo to bob Dylan to marvin gaye.
- Jiho SongOctober 13, 2013Saturday night arrived 6:30pm. Seated at 8pm. Ordered and ate and left by 8:20pm. Your choice is yours!
- Libran LibranJune 23, 2019..2nd time now I'm here being extremely disappointed. It’s just no longer with good quality, not enough onions and cabbages (no option to add extra) and both times the broth was just warm, not hot!!
- Miso Ramen with Kikurage Mushroom added and no onions is by far my favorite! ...add an extra Seasoned Boiled Egg if you are extra hungry. :-)
- Erica ChoiDecember 26, 2013Super long waits and really disorganize waiting system, but ramen is delicious. Not sure if it's worth the 1.5 hour wait in the freezing cold tho. They also commented about our reasonable tip. Rude!
- Miso ramen with the extreme rayu will give you the best of both worlds.

- Christina ChaeyJanuary 10, 2013Leave your name at the door early, then head to Brickyard on 9th Ave for $5 happy hour.
- héloïseDecember 12, 2011This place rules. Noodles are advanced level al dente. Broth is tasty and not too salty. (I'm looking at you Ippudo.)
- Flavor has changed a fair amount since 2015. Still good but not exquisite anymore
- Andrew LitvakOctober 12, 2014The wait times are long, and the place is cramped, but service is quick and the ramen is top-notch.
- Amanda AuFebruary 25, 2013Noodles cooked to perfection but beware of the miso! Mix well or you'll end up with an overly salty soup base at the end.
- drew newellApril 15, 2013My favorite Ramen spot in NYC !! And please DONT ask for forks!!! #keepitreal
- Loris UzanAugust 17, 2016They're a lil overhyped but they're still good ramen but I'd rather go to Ippudo or Momofuku and the service really wants you out quickly
- Hide in DumboNYCMay 14, 2011From Japan and will say that Totto competes with ramen in Tokyo. My favorite in NYC.
- Aileen OlmedoMarch 25, 2013It's best to come with a party of 2 or less otherwise you'll be waiting a bit longer. Food is awesome though.
- Corbin WongSeptember 25, 2010The Spicy Bamboo Shoots are crazily hot! Try them at your own risk. Come for the Gaga inspired hair, 90s R&B, and 80s Nike Air!
- HughAugust 30, 2011Extreme spicy ramen at Totto RamenJapanese food isn’t known for climbing the Scoville scale, but noodle fanatics can flirt with some serious heat at Bobby Munekata’s midtown ramen shop. The burn h...
