- Andrew ScheuermannDecember 31, 2017I came here four years ago and was blown away. Today I was let down. The pork ramen was a let down compared to my memory.
- Eric NovelloNovember 21, 2011This place is stellar! Be patient for your seat, get the avo to start , and enjoy some thoroughly awesome ramen
- Lola OlatejuJuly 19, 2013Heads up, it's cash only! Two ATMs nearby, but really, who wants to waste that extra $3. You could leave a larger tip instead :)
- SandyApril 1, 2012Spicy ramen with chicken + spicy bamboo shoots - AMAZING. I think I may love this more than Ippudo!
- Raz SchwartzJanuary 11, 2013Surprisingly good ramen in HK. Lines are long but it's worth it. Also, cash only
- For a healthy meal, order the vegetable ramen and add chicken on top.
- The pork buns are the best... The spicy ramen is very good too...
- Doug DerricottJuly 24, 2012If you do not like to wait and complain..dig out, faster for others to get in who appreciate. Taste is worth every second ;)
- Best ramen in NYC! Totally worth the wait! My fav is the spicy ramen with extra pork!
- Go for the extreme spicy ramen. Their new spicy miso is very good.
- Senator John BlutarskiNovember 4, 2011Try the Totto Miso Ramen & order Rayu on the side to spice your noodles to taste. Absolutely delicious. Eat!
- Angela WangelaJanuary 5, 2011We both like the chicken ramen best. The miso ramen tastes too fermented/winey. If you do get miso, don't mix in the whole ball of miso - too rich!
- Howard WalfishFebruary 26, 2015Arrive early and prepare to wait. The spicy veggie ramen is excellent
- JD MaloneSeptember 10, 2017If you enjoy ramen this is your place. Very lively place that can get quite noisy.
- Anna PasakOctober 11, 2012Sign your name on the sheet found on the door!!!!!! Don't be fooled by the queue, first things first, put your name on the door!
- Wendy QiuJanuary 26, 2015Line is always obnoxiously long .. The new location is so much cleaner and less crowded !
- Kazunori ChiharaJanuary 15, 2014Spicy Ramen plus Extra Spicy Source looks spicier than regular Extra Spicy Ramen
- tomomi C.January 4, 2013Come early if you don't want to be standing in line outside... especially when it's cold!
- Chee Wai WongNovember 28, 2017Extremely long queue - like minimum 30 mins to an hour. Given that I’m a huge ramen lover and have tried lots - I’d say this is decent but certainly not worth the hype. Would I be back? Don’t think so
- Thy DinhNovember 9, 2013Spicy ramen is so worth the 1hr wait in line. Pork buns were disappointing, no where near as good as the buns at Ippudo.
- MelissaAugust 9, 2013Great ramen but not worth the wait! Zen 6 in east village has equally good ramen but no wait time
- dawn.in.newyorkJanuary 17, 2015Not sure about the crazy long waiting line whether it is worth or not when it comes to the taste of ramen.
- Emiliano ViscarraOctober 2, 2017Ramen is great as the one next to it but the service is AWFUL. The waiter rushed us to finish the meal. I know that is not a place to overstay but we haven’t even finished the Ramen. Don’t go.
- @HungryEditor Ben SetiawanSeptember 2, 2011If you're going for lunch, arrive by 11:45am to put your name on the list. They don't officially open till noon, but there's usually a line of fans patiently waiting.
- Henry YiAugust 8, 2012Go with the Spicy Ramen with pork and save the pork buns for your trips to Ippudo or Momofuko
- Ralph BautistaMay 17, 2016Personally, I respect Ippudo and its institution, however, 2/3 times, I would choose Totto for price and quality. only if it wasn't all the way up in midtown tho.
- theSusyness .October 19, 2012Come before they open (noon). Trying to eat here for dinner is a guaranteed 2+ hour wait.
