Pretty legit. Worth 15-20 mins wait. No more. But that's just me. Comparatively Ippudo is worth about the same to me. I wouldn't wait 30 mins for either unless desperate.

Average not worth the 2 hr wait. Just ate here with my partner. We had the mega ramen & miso ramen with various toppings. Ramen Misoya is just as good & Ippudo definitely has better ramen.
The place is tiny, so don't go in large groups (2-4 people is ideal). There's almost always a wait time of 30 minutes or more, but it's so totally worth it.
