Ive eaten the lamb burger--twice--now i can die. Upstairs is very civilized. Ive never had a problem getting seats upstairs, downstairs or the lobby. Maybe im there early. Funky event space w speakers

The food was superb but some real annoyances with this place: the steak takes an hour to cook, so don't order it unless you have time. And they won't seat you without every single member of your party

Good great googly moogly. The bass with head, the 30oz. Ribeye and the lamb burger are astronomically good. Also the Over The Edge for a cocktail adventure.

You can't go wrong with the lamb burger. Excellent service, beautiful ambiance. Make sure you hit next-door Ace afterwards for a nightcap.

Chicken feast was great. Very tasty. Breakfast menu so and so and quite pricey. Enjoyed the walnut and pear pancakes though.

The bar looks closed from the outside but just open the doors and you'll find a good selection of beers! Nice place to pass the time.

Lamb burger is indeed very good, but i preferred the strumpets and the roasted brussel sprouts with chutney.

Gather 8-12 friends and do the chef's table suckling pig dinner. Whole pig, duck fat roasted potatoes, broccoli rabe, caesar salad, roasted fennel. Simply PERFECT and unforgettable!

Oysters with dill pickle juice are perfection on ice. Thrice cooked chips are delicious and gave me a food baby.

What you're going to do is get here early as the wait can be long. Then, you sit down and look at the menu. Order some drinks, hear the specials, discuss the menu. THEN ORDER THE LAMB BURGER.

Lamb burger and fries are solid. Most of the menu is more towards meh thou. Wine list and service isn't great.

Brunch: Baked eggs were delicious. Pastry basket was hit or miss, the scone being the highlight. Don't sleep on the fruit smoothie.

Amazing variations on the Gin and Tonic. It's definitely known for their meats - but the seafood and veggie dishes are fantastic too! Order the Caesar salad!

The best brunch in the city, period. Order the pumpkin pancakes with spiced butter and pecans, or order the 3 cheese sandwich with smoked ham and egg.

The whole menu is like an episode of Fear Factor...pigs feet, liverwurst, head cheese, etc...good place if you're bored eating food you like #NYC

I'm amazed this place is awarded with Michelin star. Anyhow, the grilled cheese sandwich is excellent! The big con? Service is über slow! And I was there at 8am when it's almost empty!

Lamb burger is really fantastic as everybody said. Tip: eat it just with the top of the bread. It's crunchy. Bottom is wet because of lamb natural juices...yummy

The Lamb burger and fries is definitely top notch, but don't discount the rest of the menu which is equally as good. Split the burger with someone so you can try lots of other things too.

Surprisingly mediocre food. Sweetbreads covered in odd liquid spicy salami, lamb burger too salty and unremarkable. Terrine plate was good but nothing special. Scottish egg decent.

Had the pig's foot. It was fried about 17 times. Very very salty, good but actually couldn't eat it. It was a struggle. Nice side veggies, scrumptious and rustic.

It's pretty loud -- you have to basically scream to be heard -- but the food is good and desserts to die for. And the drinks are very inventive!
