Good food but if you're going to play Spotify while people eat the least you could do is pay the $10 a month so customers don't have to listen to the commercials.
Grew up on chicken & biscuits. Chicken was crispy but way too salty. Biscuit was huge but not soft & fluffy. Grits were stiff. Waffle no go. Nice waiter tho. Maybe it was an off day. Would try again
The wait was extremely long. I Was told 20-25 mins and it ended up be 1 hour before being seated. I’ve been here before. Ended up being 90 mins before getting food and drinks.
I got chicken and waffles and my waffle was burned and the chicken was dry. The table next to me ordered the same thing though, and theirs looked great.
Try the fish and gits with an sunny side egg on top. Plus the home style home flies are just yummy. Great meal to any brunch time in the park or wherever you may be.
Pies ’n’ Thighs started in 2006, in the shadow of the Williamsburg Bridge. We took over a beer storage closet and transformed it into a tiny kitchen with six stools, serving huge donuts, two-napkin smoked pork sandwiches and salty, crispy fried chicken.
