- Brian PApril 24, 2019It’s an ok airport but much of it is quite dated. Someone needs to go thru every terminal of this airport and update and renovate this place. Phoenix is a major airport and should be modernized.
- If you are picking someone up, make sure they text you from the street, after they have picked up their luggage. Cops give tickets if you sit by the curb for ANY amount of time. Rude too!
- Mari SmithOctober 13, 2011Wow - love the luggage helper guys! What great service and so friendly. Worth a nice tip if you're hauling a stack o' cases!! Lol. Enjoy!
- Marilyn SpencerMay 19, 2013If you have a layover, make sure it's a long one...this place is massive and always crawling with hordes of people! Terminals are miles apart.
- Arrive 90 minutes before your flight to check your bags at East Economy parking (Southwest and US Airways only). Bag drop off is so easy.

- Zachary McDonoughAugust 14, 2012For the love of god people, why is there no directory of food, shops and the like on concourse? Term 4 is pretty big and it sucks just walking aimlessly hoping for something to catch your eye.
- Southwest is the way to go here! Terminal 4 has plenty of coffee & breakfast options :) easy airport to navigate thru if you can read!
- Security is always fast, but terminal 4 is always crowded! Best free wifi of any airport I've ever been to.

- Lisa SchreibmanApril 30, 2023The staff is much more helpful than at the major airports - jfk, OHare, etc.
- Gina DApril 24, 2012Use the cell phone parking lots when picking up ppl from the airport. That way you don't have to circle the terminals in your car like vultures

- The Jose quervo bar in a gate of the us airways terminal is by far the best in the airport. Food is good and seating for tvs is really good.
- I take it back. Although finding my way 2 Terminal 2 was a hassle once I got here it was great! Not a single person in front of me at security and everyone at this terminal is really friendly!
- Patrice M FosterAugust 17, 2017The flights seating area is roomy with free wifi. Unfortunately the food 🥘 choices is limited.
- Best airport workout ever after security? Start in D gates and walk to A gates...then back. Yeah.
- Jennifer ChangMay 27, 2012There are probably 5 different Starbucks stands in this airport, so don't wait around for a drink. Keep walking, and chances are, you'll find one that's line-free.
