- Its not even worth it to try the wi-fi...not even in the US Airways Club. Wish they'd make it better!!
- Regina BlauerMay 29, 2013double check ur assigned gate. Had a good morning exercise from gate A to B when I realized the assigned gate has changed.
- Plan ahead to take all your clothes off. It makes the line go faster.
- Keep your empty water bottle thru Security, and refill on other side! And keep drinking...
- If you have a huge rack (D or DD), don't wear a bra. Going through TSA will be a breeze. It ALWAYS works for me!
- Blanco burrito by gate A6 is pretty tasty and filling, even though it's expensive (to be expected at the airport) and the burritos are small.
- If you're in town, be sure to go to the Hell city Tattoo Fest! Arizona's best tattoo convention!

- Russell PattersonJanuary 10, 2014Food choices in terminal C and D absolutely suck! $13 for a burger or $18 for a grilled Chix salad! Cans feed a family of 5 for under $70!!!
- PreCheck security works extremely well. Wait time is seconds.
- If you're catching a late flight eat before you arrive. Everything closes early. Plan to buy water from one of the vending machines which are card only, no cash (terminal 3 anyway)

- Bishop CraigMay 8, 2013not many food options on the A concourse, and most of them close at 8pm. Are you serious? With ten pounds of travellers in a five pound bag, it's hard to get food even with a hour layover. C'mon, man!

- Kenitha PettwayFebruary 27, 2012Security check lines are very long and the airport is huge. So don't be late getting here. Give yourself about an hour and a half.
- Make sure to stop by the rapid rewards visa booth to get your next southwest flight free. A $420 free flight which is 25000 rapid rewards points!
- There are more strange-looking (and acting) people here than any other airport I've been to
- Shoes and belts off, laptop out BEFORE you reach the security conveyer belt. You're already waiting in line, just do it already!

- Allow a HUGE amount of time to get a rental car and to get back to the terminal after dropping it off! Slowest I have ever seen!
- Fly in clothes suited for the warmer weather so you don't overheat when you step outside.
- Do early bag check at east economy parking. Super easy and fast!
- Jody MayerApril 5, 2013Rental car lot is not attached to the airport, plan on waiting for a shuttle and for the extra time it will take to get a car.
- Try the green corn chicken tamales at El Bravo, they are great!
- If you aren't checking a bag on Southwest go straight to security and use self serve terminals there rather than the crazy ones downstairs
- Get a ride to your gate, just bring a buck or two for a tip
- the best part about flying on southwest is people watching in their terminals
- This is the only airport in the US that I have been too that has airplane pattern carpet. How funny!

- Picking up baggage takes for days in terminal 4 during peak times...
- It's very long and very flat. You should probably stay in your seat while on the runway.
- They have the best smelling airport soap in the restrooms. Wash up, friends!!
- Hitting Terminal 4 D-gates? There's a giant window near D7 where you can watch the planes take off. You might also spot some birds flying around inside.
- The only airport I've ever made check-in to gate in ten minutes, plus free WiFi. Best. Airport. Ever.

- If you're driving, makes sure to park in your terminal. Each terminal has its own parking area.
