Great shopping before security. Not much after security.
S MSeptember 1, 2014Not flying through this airport again...not sure if it's just the weekend but EVERYTHING closed BEFORE 7pm on a Sunday evening is ridiculous!!! Just smiling doesn't make you the 'friendliest' airport
Sometimes it's the little things. This airport has the friendliest TSA and gate agents. :)

Not well laid out. Always seem to have a long walk. Security seems to take longer here.
If you're wearing comfy shoes, this airport is a great place to get a good walk in.

The cell phone lot is too small. There is always a traffic jam and people honking left and right. I do really like the huge flight status board.
Each of the airport's inter-terminal buses is the best-smelling bus you will ever ride on!

Benjamin SApril 5, 2013Term 2 - Only had 1 of 5 security lanes open. Line was only about 30 people deep but it still took almost a half hour to get thru security. Come early to this airport!!!
Your checked luggage will take forever to come out. Be warned!
In Terminal 2 baggage claim, there are power outlets a) next to Door 7 and b) on the inner wall btw Doors 6 and 7.
If you have to change terminals, heads up: you will have to go through security again. Find the shuttle bus and it will take you to all terminals.

Chelseas kitchen is the best place to eat in terminal 4
Terminal C food options: Pizza Hut, Burger King, Jackalope Flats. All choices will end with mud butt.
Cinnabon. Is it worth the wait? Prices have gone up I eat on remembrance of my Dad
Enjoy the desert views in the mountains surrounding the airport!
Travel enough to have status. This helps through TSA security, which is one of the slowest in the country!

Angela SalzlApril 10, 2014I was hard core searched took over an hour! I've honestly never been treated so poorly. I tried being nice and patient and was still treated like a public threat.
If you're flying Delta, United, or American to a big airport on a CRJ operated by SkyWest, bring carryons. SkyWest is #1 worst for lost bags.
Dont watch the newest Greys Anatomy season finale and then let your best friend get on an airplane...
Jonathan BOctober 9, 2010If they take your handy suitcase on airplane door (no room inside) insist on "gate valet" so you'll get it back right when you of the flight rather than waiting on baggage claim
US Airways changes their policies on a whim. Make sure you get to the airport two hours ahead of time to prevent getting bumped.
Really try to print your boarding pass before hand it really helps to hurry things up
