No bus from airport, taxi use a flat rate rather than argometer, currently under reconstruction so its a long walk from drop off to domestic departure.
DON'T BUY WATER at the departure lounge if you want to take it onto the flight. Even after passing 2 security checks your water bottle will be confiscated before you board. So silly.
New international airport still under construction as of dec '13. Not only is there airport/visa tax for entry/departure, no restaurants and not even a souvenir store!
Daylight robbery. Worst food and service in all restaurants and business lounge. An insult to any traveller. Be ready to pay 18 USD for a small burger. I recommend fasting and eat on the plane.
Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS), also known as Denpasar International Airport, is located in southern Bali, 13 km south of Denpasar. It is Indonesia's third-busiest international airport.
