Arrived today and had to stand in a long line for immigration. Took about an hour and the annoying thing is there are queue jumpers.
The airport is under renovation, manage ur time, it's need about 15minutes walking from drop off area to departure terminal, :-)
hope Angkasa Pura 1 can manage this property well enough for long years to come

Hassle to fill up Arrival / Depature Card at check out counter.
It's getting better this year, cleaner and more professional (lil bit, lol)

Rami KadriJuly 23, 2015Daylight robbery. Worst food and service in all restaurants and business lounge. An insult to any traveller. Be ready to pay 18 USD for a small burger. I recommend fasting and eat on the plane.
They are collecting either 150,000 IDR or 20 USD before departure.

Much much better and organize...better arrive earlier..as u need to do looong way to walk....
Probably one of the worst arrival hall, and to go out is total hassle we have to go through shop and long taxi queue counter

Make sure you organize a driver to pick you up on arrival!
