My baggage broke coz they just throw our baggage during loading or unloading from the plane...damn...someone have to watch what is going on

If arriving at the airport many hours b4 your flight's check-in time, have your meals already or get a takeaway b4 coming to airport. There're no restaurants b4 the immigration counter.

Wow!!! Get off plane, get luggage, exit airport to a heat and humidity that I never experienced before. I LOVE IT!!!!!! Have to take airport taxi to my hotel. I'm going to Kuta Beach BABY!!!!!

Be there at least 2 hours before your departure time, especially sunday! The airport just like bus station! Be patient!

There are very few seats. Water is 6 times the regular price in Kuta. You may as well bring your own water inside the airport bc Air Asia doesn't even let you bring on water purchased inside airport.

The airport's architecture is nice and modern. We had to wait more than 30 min for the bags. Also full of taxi scams and people trying to rob you.

If the ticket was bought after Feb 2015, airport tax is included (i.e. there is no need to keep cash for the tax).

Best way in and out is thru a pre arranged taxi. Call ahead to your hotel they will set it up.

Make sure you know that the Domestic Departure is move to new building so you don't have to waste your energy walk a long way towards old place.

A disorganised clusterfuck of an airport as you’ll ever hope to find. All fur coat and no organisational abilities. Qatar/BA check-in is in zone C, but shhh, don’t let on.

At dinner time only pastries or slow, sit-down meals available near the gates. Come early if you need to eat before your flight.

The queue for arrival was too long with the 6 counters opened to support thousands of visitors yes im talking about hours to wait. Also, now you need 200,000 for depature.

Spanking new airport. Be prepared for the long que at immigration if you arrive together with other flight. Took us almost 2 hours to clear everything incl luggage

Need cash upon arrival? The only ATMs are located right after customs. There are no ATMs after passing the meeting point. Maximum withdrawal is 2.5 million IDR per transaction.

U can pay for visa on arrival by credit card but u need cash to leave this country ( 150k local currency ) - nonsense

We Indonesians - no problem. Foreigners - extremely long line with waiting time up to 1hrs to get the passport stamped. Very slow process.

You can go outside and take a normal blue bird taxi with taximeter. No need to pay 150k fix price.

If you order a beer at the "Snack and Bar" stand on the 2nd floor international terminal, you can smoke right there.

It costs $35USD to get a visa into the country, there's no 7 day visa anymore. You can pay in AUD only with a $50 and it'll cost 42, change in Rupiah. No coins accepted.
