Loved the Shiromaru Hakata ramen with added picked mustard leaves and seasoned egg. Pork rolls also very good to start. Cool place, highly recommend!

Try beef tataki or pork kakuni for starters. Move to Akamaur ramen. Be prepared for LONG lines.

Bring ear plugs. Staff relies on screaming across the room in Japanese to announce new guests and confirm orders. Miserable. In fact, just save your $ and walk over to Momofuku - much better noodles

The wasabi shoyu ramen leaves much to be desired. Overpriced and overrated. At least my waitress was nice, but the busser was too pushy and asked to take my bowl 4 TIMES before I finished.

Great food, but they DO NOT provide doggie bags. The waitress said "it's not customary in Japan". Funny, I thought I was in New fucking York. Ugh.

Akamiso ramen (akamaru?) is awesome. The pork buns are ok, but not as good as Momofuku's. Go here for the ramen.
