Shiromaru Hakata Classic is seriously crack. Try going during lunch hour to avoid ridiculous waiting times (1 1/2- 2 hours)

Waited an hour. as we were about to leave were called. Regretted staying. Pork buns ok but overall you can get better noodles with less wait 4 less $ 2 blocks away. Immitating Buddakan shouts annoying

A few on the usually gracious server staff are rude today 3/29/12. Perhaps after a post-lunch break, they'll be ok at dinner. (I was asked repeatedly if I was done, even as those w/no food were not.)

The pork buns and all the ramens are good. It's a little expensive bc you have to pay for each of the add-ins. They have a location in chiba that I use to go to all the time and it tastes the same.
