Look at the ceiling in the Main Concourse. A single dark patch remains above the Michael Jordan Steakhouse, left untouched by renovators to remind visitors of the grime that once covered the ceiling.
A "secret" sub-basement known as M42 lies under the Terminal, containing the converters used to supply traction current. The exact location is a closely guarded secret and does not appear on maps.

The food plaza downstairs is closed at 10 pm. The zarro'a bakery on the west side is still open and your best bet after. 10
This is one of my favorite places in the city. There's something magical about the place.

If you've got time to kill and they kick you off the steps there is a waiting room with wooden pews and free wifi in the northwest corner.
There are tennis courts here at GCT, although under renovation right now. Try to get some tennis in -- I hear they're uncovering the windows for the first time in 70 years!
Rick DoesburgSeptember 1, 2015This place is overwhelmingly big! Try not to block the way of people actually using the station and trying to catch their metro.
Plenty of good food to be had here. If you are in a hurry, go to Shake Shack.
I just love this place! Allways I come from Brazil, I have to come here to see and feel the atmosphere!
Like craft beer? Beer Table in GCT is a must visit. Grab a brew to drink on board!
