Bill PNovember 21, 2016This is a gigantic airport! Everything was flawless, fantastic interior, cleanliness, duty free area ( don't forget to get some fantastic milk chocolate bars ) and very very polite personnel.
Very organized airport, clean & so many nearby facilities like restaurants & bathrooms. Take care of your belongings, passports & pockets. Have safe trip & enjoy your destination. نتمنى لكم سفر ممتع
Alessandro CandeoSeptember 26, 2016The KLM intl' hub is a great option for your long haul flight. Big but not huge, very well connected with local transports, good choice of shops and restaurants, free WiFi and great land service!
Safe on plastic & €; Refill your (Dopper) bottle with Dutch Quality tapwater! Located at the Meeting point next to Burger King.
Excellent airport with free wi-fi. A lot of stores and restaurants, but not all, are closed airside during COVID-19 crisis; so no poffertjes, but you can have cheese.
- Plenty of shops for presents, loads of different alternatives for restaurants / coffee. Be careful with connecting flights, you might need to walk for some minutes from one end to the other...

Besides the nice family owned restaurants and boutiques 💕- Bloody amazing airport. One of my favs due to cleanliness and accommodating staff members. I love AMS and Netherlands is such a beauty.This is one of THE MOST Convenient Airport around the world! <3
8PM ReservationNovember 19, 2016Very big airport. Give yourself plenty of time to reach the gate. The champagne bar/cafe is lovely and Murphys bar has the best 90's hip hop.
One of the best airport of europe, easily connected to all major cities of NL, very well organized, not big to move around, always a pleasure to travel
Nice and clean airport. Navigating around is very easy with many info stands and there are plenty of good shops and restaurants. Prices are a bit high but it’s airport after all.

Beautiful airport with lightning fast check-in and security. Coffee shops everywhere and a couple of smoking zones too. Like there is one near Gate B17. Brilliant coffee and hotdogs too.
Good connections by train with Amsterdam and other cities. Quite a lot of cafes and fast food places to spend some Euros before ur trip. 30min free internet.
One of the best airports in the world - easy to move around in, lots of shopping, and IN AIRPORT there is a casino and an art museum. Long layovers are no concern.

A great variety of stores and cafes even in the farthest corners!- If you plan to shop for 25 € or more, download the Schiphol app, search for your departing flight and choose to track it. You will then get a 5 € discount voucher.

Thisara De SilvaJanuary 19, 2015Nice airport, huge but you don't feel its busy though its really busy, and there are pretty good shops where you can buy souvenirs and stuff about Amsterdam.. And the other best thing is FREE WIFI
Schipol: Organized, clean, authentic and beautiful... Immigration desks can be a pain point with short connections as they do get really really busy.
Spacious airport, with enough entertainment and seats. Take enough time to go to your gates, or if you need to transfer between them
- If you're going to be stuck at an airport, this is the one to do it. Great layout, clean, efficient, countless dining choices, a museum, a casino, plus the coffeeshops are a 7 min train ride away!
Favorite airport for good reason - rijksmuseum, holland blvd, airport park, panorama area, etc. Free wifi here. There's a lot to see and do. Find the open piano - listen to a stranger or play yourself

Nice airport with good choice of food, coffee shops, stores etc. There's an outdoor area and numerous smoking rooms, so a great airport to transit and wait for you connection.

When you park at Privium P2, you only have hand luggage, you are already checked in and your plane leaves from gates B or C, then you can take the premium shortcut-bridge (skipping the departure hall)
One of the best airports I flown from. It's clean and well organized. It's a pretty good place to make connections. Lots of food and shopping options.✈️- Free WiFi, many phone charging points, lots of dinner options (pizza place across Burger King in main hall is one of the best), few queues. But can get busy at peak times.
Summer BJanuary 23Be mindful that if you’re coming from Asia connecting elsewhere you’ll have to go through immigration and security. When planning your trip, be mindful of the very tight knot when going through there
KLM brand new lounge is great: good seats, tap heineken beer and food good enough you do not need to have dinner on the plane. And the coffee is awesome: Douwe Egberts!!!
MarianNovember 17, 2014I like the Market Food Court on Concourse D. Up the escalator, next to one of the big duty-free shops. I like the central buffet area with fresh salads and nice soup, etc..

Clean. Considering the fact that many different people from all over the world stay in Schiphol a few hours before their flight leaves, they have few to no vegan and allergy-friendly food options
Thomas SessaMarch 11, 2013Grab something to eat and head up to the airport lounges if you have time. Just outside they have free leather recliners and a meditation room which is really relaxing after or before a long flight.
Its nice to take a time relaxing, before go on with our journey. Just enjoying the atmosphere and contacting home via free wifi while sitting in front of a cup of cappuccino....

ConnorJune 14, 2016Connections through AMS can range from extremely close to a 15-20 minute walk away. Make sure to follow the directions when landing and find the correct spot to get your connecting tickets.
