Watch out for customs & immigration. They are bad. I was here for a conference that promotes tourism to Toronto yet I was told by immigration their job was to keep people out. #HugeDisconnect
In case anyone was wondering, this airport is a vortex for chaos, inefficiency, and horrible customer service. The *actual* worst for international connections to the US. Get it together, Canada!
There aren't many food selections in the Delta terminal (B). Be sure not to arrive hungry! Also, places to hang out are limited which kind of stinks for those with long layovers. Safe travels!
Be warned, we flew the day after a public holiday. The USA border control is slow, don't care if you miss your flight (even though you had time on arrival). They can be very rude too :(
Toronto Pearson is the largest and busiest airport in Canada, handling nearly 36 million passengers in 2022. The airport is named in honour of Lester B. Pearson, who served as the 14th Prime minister of Canada and received the Nobel Peace Prize in 1957 for his humanitarian work in peacekeeping.
