- Terminal 3 flyers beware: one of the gates is under construction so they have been funneling 3 gates into 2 making for really long security lineups

- U.S. Customs is the bane of my existence. If you're flying to the U.S., factor in at least a good 15 minutes.
- If you rush to your gate before they call your row, you are not doing anyone a service. All you accomplish is the feat of slowing down boarding and pissing everyone else off.
- Many shops quote tax free prices and then add tax on at the till without telling you
- The main security level is frequently very busy. Go downstairs instead, usually much quieter and faster
- Massive huge airport. Customs, immigration officers were great. WiFi was quick to connect.

- Show up 25 hours before your flight to be safe. Also the rental car return in on the lower level of Terminal 1.

- Not a ton of selections for food. I like the paninis and chef salad right after customs and duty free is the same inside + out but cute cheap T-shirts in newspaper/magazine store :)
- Windows CanadaDecember 5, 2011Starting Dec. 5th, Windows Picture Perfect Holiday will be at Toronto Pearson Airport. Stop in & see us at Gate 141 in T1 or Gate C27 in T3 to pose for your own holiday photo.
- To use the free wi-fi, you have to open up a browser window and agree to the t&c. And then you're all set.
- Gate D Terminal 1 has a downstairs security lineup. No line on the busiest travel day of the year=win
