TatianaAugust 24, 2012Ticket machines do not accept credit cards issued by Russian banks. The good news is you can still buy tickets for Arlanda express at Visitor information center with card or cash.

Arlanda Express into Stockholm. Watch Swedes drink beer at 8 in the morning, as they fly off to Spain. Damn expensive beers

If you're going to eat in the international departure lounge, make sure you get a new dish, not one that's been on display.

Sergi ColomeJuly 17, 2013Be sure that your mobiles devices r fully charged before coming here. The managers of this airport must be using fire smoke signals to cmunicate since its impossible to find a plug to charge batteries- Unusually for an airport there are some great food offers here.
Airport security is dead slow unless you have Status or fly in the first couple of rows. Try the upper level

This airport is getting nicer and nicer. But the "free" wifi sucks - 3 hours or 100 Mb, whichever is reached first. 100 Mb, really??
ChewySeptember 14, 2012Totally inadequate facilities in T5 meaning: (1) Queues 12 deep for the male & female toilets & (2) >100 people standing at gates 15 & 16

RichardMay 4, 2013Don't hurry through, there isn't much after security if you're at T2 - at the same time, the restaurants are really nice, but no shopping to speak of.
Swedavia provides a complimentary three-hours Internet access.
