- 3 random things to like: 1. Low toxin coffee (no mold)! 2. Zero attitude from baristas - seriously, you expect some 'tude but you'll find everyone is super friendly; 3. No Pink soap! Real soap!
- Head up stairs for the brand new affogato bar featuring Salt and Straw ice cream.
- A relative newcomer on the scene, it's making big waves with the technies in SOMA. Not bad - better than Ritual and Four Barrel and on some days as good as or better than Blue Bottle.
- Jase WMarch 20, 2015A fantastic coffee shop. Coffee is tasty, staff is friendly, space is inviting. Worth the stop.
- Excellent coffee in a cavernous wooden space in SoMa. Bring some whole beans home too!
- BEAUTIFUL open space with plenty of seating and great coffee. Great place to hang out
- Chau TranJuly 17, 2023Coffee was good; service was not. I tried smiling at one or more of the baristas when they took my order and gave me my coffee and it’s like, no-one appreciated a customer with a smile! Uncanny .
- A favorite of Foursquare SF employees and visitors, this temple to meticulously made coffee is always worth a visit.

- Try the Blood Orange Olive Oil With Single Origin Espresso From Rwanda Affogato (via @Foodspotting)
- Get Hooker's sweets here without the actual hookers! (unlike the Hooker's Sweet Treats shop itself, at Hyde & O'Farrell in the skanky Tenderloin).
- Nice and quiet early in the morning with lots of open space. Gets busy by late morning with long queues.
