- The murals in the passageway to the concourse are fantastic!
- OMG this airport is do backward. TSA Pre-check closed at 5 PM! Really?!?! Have to wheel your bag over to get it scanned if you check it! Can't pick my own car at National. Just weird...
- Rental Cars are right across the street making transfers easy.

- If you are checking in for the flight at night, around 10 or 11pm, there is no rush. you can go through security straight to the gate within 15 min. Plan accordingly.
- sugardaddie.comNovember 29, 2013I great hub when flying to the PAC northwest and the Delta Sky Club is pretty decent there. I wish the moving walk ways were just a bit faster though.
- New dazzling airport with 2021 amenities. It takes 7 mins to walk from A to B Gate.

- Cheap protein 30 cents for an egg at Popeyes or with a biscuit just $1.20. During breakfast hours of course.

- If you're not a Delta loyalist, be prepared to walk; at least until Fall 2024 when the train between A & B gates is open.
- Suzanne YadaJune 19, 2012Don't settle for the food court just past security. Go to Squatters in Terminal C. Delicious, plus they have fun brews like Polygamy Porter.
- Traveling and no time for a mani? Check out the Express Spa outside the Delta lounge. The massage chairs are super relaxing.

- Going downtown SLC? Take the TRAX Light rail train for $2.50. It's just as fast as a taxi cab for 1/10th the price.
- If you are a nursing mother traveling without a baby, there is a family restroom between concourse d and e that you can use.

- New Terminal is a great upgrade! Delta Sky club is the best.
- Dana DalyApril 15, 2013Salt roasted beet salad with goat cheese crostini at Cat Cora's in terminal B is a great airport find.
- The TSA Pre-check line is magic. Hard to see when the lines are crowded. A life saver if you are eligible.
- Yup....the wifi is free ! Plus, i don't mind coming early since they have designated smoking areas available !
- Watching LDS teenagers leaving on their missions all over the world and seeing the desire of adventure in their eyes is very uplifting.
- Tinu Abayomi-PaulOctober 18, 2010Salt Lake City won't cause you to reset your personal wifi connection like airports such as BWI or LAS do. Usually as soon as we get off the plane or near the airport I would have to reset. Not here!

- Free Wifi. Try French Meadow Bakery. Great food & certified organic.

- Michele SteinbergMay 10, 2012D gates (Delta area) has plug in stations with AC and USB sockets on nearly every row of seats! Awesome!
- Try The Grove for good snacks (fruit, candy, trail mix, etc.) in bulk...mix and match for a cheap snack!
- Jimmy GonzalezJune 26, 2013SLT kinda sucks as a whole, but if you stuck in the airport there is a Gordon Biersch with good food and beer!
- If you park in economy, make sure you park at Stop 9. It's the first stop coming back from the airport.
- Winker CruzApril 3, 2013All restaurants close at 9:30pm. Market Street frequently stays open and serves an hour later than others. ;-) CHEERS!!!
- If you arrive before 10am anybody on any flight can go through the security check in at the international terminal. There are never lines and the employees are very friendly.
- Daniel DailyAugust 8, 2011Best place to sleep: the back of the burger king food court. They turn the lights off, the benches are comfy, and it's relatively quiet.
