- Two best restaurants are the squatters in terminal c and the seafood restaurant between c and d next to the delta lounge.
- Ju LeJune 20, 2023Luggage was there quickly. Checks have been quick. Car rentals work easily. Pick up is easy to reach.
- Literally the longest walk from the terminal to pick up/parking. 😰
- There's another Delta check in counter near rental car level if the main one is crowded
- The TSA prechecked lane is by far the fastest way to go. You don't need to take electronics out of your bag or take your shoes off. The catch is that you need to be pre-qualified.
- D. JohnsonJune 11, 2022Be prepared to walk a ridiculously long distance from gate (Southwest) to baggage claim. No trams yet. And very few food options for early morning flights.
- Don’t miss Cafe Rio while you are here. Some of the best airport food ever encountered.
- Come early, check in lines and security lines are long.
- Tommii JohnsonSeptember 28, 2014Strawberry Surfrider + a bag of Pirates Booty from Jamba Juice in terminal 2 between D & E gates will make your day.
- Love this airport. Terminals are close. People are kind. Starbucks is passed the D gates down the escalators.
- Tyler MooreJune 18, 2011If you want a good (tasty) breakfast or snack, stop by the Krispy Kreme on the way to b gates and pick up a sour cream glazed. It may just become your new favorite donut!
- Find Rio if you want good food, and buy some laffy taffy’s!
- nikSeptember 2, 2016If you need to get on another flight fast, don't fret - the gates are pretty close to each other.
- Stephaniiiiiii RSeptember 20, 2014Draft beer on tap in terminal C was nice. Plenty of seating, clean restrooms, easy to find my way around.
- Linda GiangrecoSeptember 26, 2012Many new dining options now. I tried the Greek place. Good food and prices. Great job SLC airport for the updating.
- Tommii JohnsonSeptember 27, 2014Cafe Rio in the food court before concourse d & e has some great burritos!
- Linda GiangrecoSeptember 19, 2012Recently remodeled what seems like all the food vendors. Nice! Next time I'll try them. Too short if a connection this time.
- Make sure to get your shoes shined by the Goodfellows right at the entrance to terminal C!
- Ender McBeckmanusMarch 5, 2023Security is well organized and the process is fairly quick. Lots of food options at the gates.
- If you're looking to kill time during a long layover, check out the amazing photography display on the rear terminal wall facing south.
- Curbside checkin is amazing!! The workers work on tips and if you have lot of luggage use that facility
- Remember where you park!!! If not use phone at bus pick and a guy will drive you around looking for your car. He knows every make and model.
- Jay FrankFebruary 13, 2013Larry H Miller was a great man! Kept the Jazz in Utah, 47 dealers nationwide, megaplex theaters and over 200+ scholarships a year. Go Utah!
- There is now a Popeye's chicken across from Gate B13. Therefore, everyone on your flight has fried chicken, and your flight's odors adjust accordingly.
- Gluten-free vegetarians: Check our Cat Cora's Kitchen in Terminal B. They will substitute corn tortillas upon request. My dinner (see picture) was the best GF airport Meal I've had in ages!
- Eric RuppDecember 9, 2013I've never before seen so many planes before all in one place before!!! Wow!! This is a must!!!
- Need some exercise? The the hike from B22 to D13, sans walkalators. It's just over 0.5 miles one-way. A few laps and you've earned yourself a Krispy Kreme at D5.
- David WoodrowDecember 15, 2012Bypass the incredibly long security line at Terminal 2 by going through security at the International Terminal next door. Learned that from a friendly Delta Skycap.
- Marika NellJune 28, 2015If you have time in the morning, go to the starbucks in concourse E! The line is much shorter than the one just past security.
- Need coffee? Not much of a coffee airport so look for the Starbucks in the main terminal just before exiting the secure area. If you miss that, there is a Millcreek at the entrance to terminal D
- Falcon DarkstarSeptember 28, 2016The airport is really well laid out and has broad hallways to avoid tripping over people. Way, way better to go through here than ORD.
- Glad to know they have a Seattle's Best Coffee here! TSA-wise: the most drama-free pat down I've had yet.
- For such a giant Delta huh, the SkyClub here needs some help, but it's an otherwise great airport for connections
- Tyler WaalerSeptember 28, 2014The only airport I've ever seen with INDOOR smoking at the gates! Find the glass cube and find happy people.
- Use a VPN when you use the WiFi. The airport exposes all connected devices to each other. (That's bad.)
- Luis AliceaAugust 16, 2014Millcreek Coffee's half chocolate half white chocolate creation, the Zebra, is delicious!
- Must walk the half the length of Terminal A to B then a tunnel and another LONG walk
- Simon KingMay 11, 2013Decent selection of Utah craft beers from various breweries at Gordon Biersch Brewing Company. It's upstairs, just past security.
- Kevin OhlsonJune 9, 2013Check in early. Be on time. If an airline asks you to switch seats, be polite and patient. It WILL payoff in upgrades.
- Be sure to eyeball the lines. Sometimes the TSApre is slower even if you don't have to remove your shoes...
- Call Black Tie Rentals and they will come to your house/hotel/wherever to rent you boots, skis and poles. Great prices!!
