Tiny restaurant, so expect long lines. However, you’ll be rewarded with a delicious ramen broth. Try the Chicken Ramen and the Char Su Pork Ramen, which is blowtorch charred right in front of you.

Best Ramen in the city, not to mention possibly the best fried rice i've ever had. Best in the middle of the afternoon when there's nobody else around!
Get the akamaru modern if it's your first time -- by far the most popular. Otherwise, the spicy miso ramen at the bottom of the menu. And obviously, you need to the pork buns. Better than momofuku.
Always get the extra pork — and no matter what you get, don't drink up the extra broth by itself (get extra noodles if you have to)
Pork Tonkatsu & Spicy Miso Ramen made me want to handcuff myself to my booth and live and eat there forever...and ever...amen.
The spicy miso ramen is as good as any of the ramens from Ippudo. There's really nothing else you should get here. Make it extra spicy.
The post-midnight ramen is not cold like the menu implies, it is hearty and very salty, perfect for consumption with alcohol. Just watch the water consumption or you may not fit your shows anymore!
This Long Island City joint serves the city's best tonkotsu. The result is a silky, chowder-like mouthfeel, and a richness level that doesn't make you feel terrible when you're finished.
Best ramen on upper east side. They have rotating specials which I haven't seen anywhere else. Amazing tuna tartare.
