Tessa Clarke: I've tried the Lamb Burger.....The green dumplings ....forgot the name.....in soup and dry .....lamb dumplings....Stew chicken and oxtail and pork noodles in soup they were all great!

Jacob Ford: Go for some pulled pork noodles (without soup) at mild spice level if you’re new to this whole thing. Wonderful flavor, chopstick friendly, and dang goodness those hand-boiled noodles are textureful.
