Mutton chop is lamb and not as gamey as I was expecting. Both mutton and porterhouse cooked correctly medium rare and more meat than fat.

Look for the fossilized dinosaur meat in the front, next to the stairs. The plaque says it still hasn't aged enough.

Even the Thick Bacon Appetizer is good enough for a whole meal.Worth the 1 hours wait.
