Smart door immigration is amazing and eases the process really fast. An eye scan should be done first though.

The nonstop continuous PA's in the terminal are very annoying ! Most airports went PA mute many years ago.

Genius PJuly 15, 2017Saw a man punch a woman wearing a hijab in the face while going through security in front of a line of maybe 100 people. Security did nothing. Nobody did anything. I felt sick.

Gyle CruzJanuary 28, 2012There are no benches in the waiting area in the departure area (before the scanner). The display only shows flights up to two hours so if you arrive 3 hours before your flight, tough luck! No info!
Business/First Class in Terminal 1 is seriously not worth it. Overcrowded and chaotic. Go to the Business/First Lounge in Terminal 3, has a bigger lounge and easy access to flights.
