Free wifi...tht's the only thing bout this airport ...
Security and customs are the slow and inefficient. We missed a flight due to the overly bureaucratic customs procedures. Vancouver has a world class facility that suffers from bureaucracy

The whitespot restaurant by westjet is not good. The food was gross, service was wretched. Sat for 20 minutes waiting for drinks! Avoid at all costs

Say no to air canada, terrible attitude, terrible customer service
Security for US was slow, even the Nexus line. It may be a Thursday afternoon but there is no excuse for it to be this painful.
Bad design and rude staff; avoid if possible. Priority pass lounge isn’t accessible to US passengers since customs is done before you fly. Have your global entry card available.
