Nice place. Too bad about the 90-minute Customs & Immigration queue inbound. Worse than JFK and that's saying something.

Be wary of homophobic thuggy Canadian Customs guards. They will assume anything queer and treat people poorly.

See the planes flying in from the public observation deck in the terminal
Construction underway in the international gate area as of Jan 2012. Many shops closed.
Street level pricing in effect, no airport gouge for bottles of water or food here
You get treated so much nicer with electronic boarding passes :-) Go Green!
