The back room is great for parties. They make you check your coat to go back there, though. And there's something about stripper poles that adds an element of sadness to any bar...

Don't spend too much time in the back room, stick towards the end of the main bar. Its where the best traffic is and you get some decent breathing room.

They're more invested in their "Rock 'n Roll" image than they are in actually making it a decent venue for bands. The stage, acoustics, gear, and lighting, are all sub-par.
