This is absolutely worth it. My boyfriend and I decided to skip a concert we were going to go to and went to do this instead. We do not regret it at all. Personally I think it's better at night.

I like the view more than the Empire State because its surrounded by heavy duty plexiglass or something rather than fence. Easier to take pics.

It's a poor man's version of the Empire State Building. The view was meh, not as breathtaking as ESB, I probably wouldn't go back.
