Top of the rock is beautiful at night but, you can make it during sunset; it's perfect! The view is spectacular. D !December 24, 2015You must do it at day and night. Best rooftop of all NYC. Forget the Empire State. Here you don't have steel bars to take pictures. Forget to bring your tripod. You can't pass with it.
