Great jazz and brass bands Sunday nights! It gets loud but if you sit upfront you can still hear whoever you are with speak! Starts at 8pm

For a non-New Yorker, the Happy Hour on Sunday with $5 beers is perfect. For someone from Worcester, seeing 'Gansetts for the same price as other beer is strange.

If you can get it, the corner of the back bar is a great spot for a few of you, it has the space to welcome more additions too. Great decor!

Beet Bloody Mary + fries are fabulous during the day. House cocktails are delicious; get the Old Pal Spencer if you like whisky.

Fun atmosphere. Almost makes it feel casual but most are dressed nicely (& rather easy on the eyes!) Decent drink selection. But often loud, and beers range $7-9. Arrive early.

One of my favorite neighborhood bars. Good atmosphere, but usually busy. The bartenders are friendly and make a delicious cocktail.

Great, knowledgeable bartenders (Michael took great care of us), but the crowd is awful. Go on a quiet weeknight and order the fried chicken.

This bar poses as a gastropub/lounge from soho, populated by top ten post-grads of the upper east side. It is culturally confusing.

Was great however be careful of separating the water glasses they may: no joke explode in hand! It shattered all over the food we ordered however it was all fixed in the end! GreAtfood & good service!

The Mac n cheese I thought had too many scallions. The tequila drink was too fruity but the gin drink was just right. My bf liked the pickle martini too.

If you want a real pickle martini - go to Bua on the LES. Although the vibe is cool here, the drinks are really small (unlike their other locations) and the bartenders have a bit of an attitude.
