I'm obsessed with the branzino, swordfish, and lemon potatoes, and the greek salad comes with a giant chunk of feta! be prepared to wait for a table though, this place is always busy.
everything is good! start with a huge small greek salad :) then go for the salmon, maybe some calamari, pan fried greek cheese, steak, um...it's all good :) luckily 2days lunch date likes 2 share haha
The winner here isn't the whole fish, but the crab stuffed grilled shrimp with lemon potatoes. The food is fresh and if you're not into waiting on line for a table, just order delivery.
fun spot, very crowded (we were told to expect a 45 minute wait at 5:45 and instead waited 75 minutes), well-cooked branzino; lemon potato is a good side
Possibly the best Greek restaurant in Astoria, an area known for it's large Greek population. Crowded every night, be prepared to wait. If you want to have a conversation eat outside, loud inside.
Grilled octopus was good but the grilled calamari looked like it might have been nicer? Swordfishkebabs and grilled shrimp good - mild flavor. The lemon potatoes didn't do much for us.
You’ll wait an average two hours for a table on any given night but it’s the best Greek food New York has to offer. Remember to save room for the complimentarydessert! —Paulina
This is the real deal.Everything tastes like it does in Greece.Had to wait one a half hours to get seated as they don’t take reservations which is quite a pity. The portions are huge.
Widely popular for a reason. This place has amazing legit Greek food- specializing in Seafood -The best side to get with your entree is the lemon potatoes.
