If you're lucky, the staff will play a full album by The Afghan Whigs! (it's happened to me twice here!)

andrew symondsOctober 17, 2012This is a five star coffee shop HOWEVER the line can be ridiculous. I love their coffee, I don't know what brand of milk they use but I don't even need to add sugar. The coffee is not bitter or harsh
Probably the best coffee in New York - keep on going back there. The hipster outfits are a bit of a turnoff tho - Portland one takes itself a little less seriously.

The attractive baristas and baristos (?) here keep the line moving & put a pep in your step with the super charged coffee. The latte designs = bonus.
