Jessica SantascoyMay 30, 2012Beautiful place to work (Ace Hotel) but wifi is only for guests. It's dark and cool, has a fun, pricey shop next door and clean, retro bathrooms.
Fantastic espresso. Stand at the window counter and enjoy the people watching!

If you're lucky, the staff will play a full album by The Afghan Whigs! (it's happened to me twice here!)

The attractive baristas and baristos (?) here keep the line moving & put a pep in your step with the super charged coffee. The latte designs = bonus.
Probably the best coffee in New York - keep on going back there. The hipster outfits are a bit of a turnoff tho - Portland one takes itself a little less seriously.
