This is a five star coffee shop HOWEVER the line can be ridiculous. I love their coffee, I don't know what brand of milk they use but I don't even need to add sugar. The coffee is not bitter or harsh
Probably the best coffee in New York - keep on going back there. The hipster outfits are a bit of a turnoff tho - Portland one takes itself a little less seriously.

The raisin-y brioche are more like room-temp cross buns (and taste so much better than that sounds); plus, you can sit in the lobby bar and pretend you're a crazy Euro tourist. Fun!
