I remember the first time I had a cup of Stumptown coffee. It was made with a french press, I thought I had died and gone to coffee heaven. Damn fine coffee! They will keep you coming back for more.
Very busy in the morning but totally worth the wait. The coffeevarietal served here is very smooth, medium roast and hint of nuttiness. Have it in any form, espresso, drip, cold.
Great coffee, but remember it's cash only and you can't charge it to your room if you're staying at the Ace. The guys who work there are super friendly.

One of the best coffee places in town. Baristas that not only make good drinks, but also dresswell. Go sit down in the Ace Hotel's lobby for a while. Hang out or use the free wifi!

While there isn't much foot traffic on this stretch of W 29th St, if you're around at certain times, the entire opposite sidewalk will fill up with people from shops across the way praying to Allah.
