Great but expensive hotel located in the heart of San Francisco. It's OK wheter you aren't paying the bill, otherwise, there are better and cheaper options in the neighborhood.

Free wifi in the lobby area but it's $14.95/night in guest rooms.

Ask for a room in the high tower. Lower buildings are loud

Emma DavisDecember 7, 2012Get a room AWAY from the elevators unless you like hearing them running by all day & night. Sounds like the never ending roller coasters next to us.
I would avoid the 4th street bar and grill....burgers expensive and not very tasty
