- Jules BelcherOctober 16, 2014The View bar is great, but is a publicly accessible bar. The hotel itself has gone downhill massively. Stayed there 3 times now, it's so busy now that the staff are rude, condescending & arrogant.
- Shreya KankanhalliDecember 16, 2018Great location for most visitors and an iconic building. Rooms feel a bit dated though.
- Bell service is top-notch. They can help you have a great time in SF.

- Ask about their room service. Oh wait...THEY DON'T HAVE ANY anymore.
- Darío CalderonSeptember 16, 2013Make sure to ask hotel staff about anything, they're very knowledgeable! :)
- It's pretty meh. Location is okay but calling an Uber and Lyft is borderline impossible because of the way traffic flows around the entrance. Such a pain.
- The pool gets crowded after 8pm. Crazy but that's how it works.
- Karolina 🦖February 21, 2016In Marriott for a conference. It's clean, but so ugly... Looks like straight from the 90s.
- Make sure you ask for a room "AWAY" from the church bell! Then your stay is guaranteed to be delightful!
